The Café Moderne extractor combines contemporary style with exceptional performance, making it the perfect match for your Lacanche Modern range cooker. Available in any Lacanche colour or stainless steel, each extractor is handmade to order with precision and care.

The powerful twin internal motor version is ideally suited for customers who frequently griddle, wok cook, or use a chargrill with their Lacanche range cooker. This model requires two 150mm diameter ducts for proper installation and performance.

Brasserie extractors are made to order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended. You will be notified of your delivery date. Current production lead time is approximately six weeks from the date of order.
