Returns Policy
To discuss your order, please contact us on 01902 577000 and ask to speak to right department. Depending on why you are unhappy with your order, there may be a restocking and/or delivery charge.
For cookers: Your cooker can be returned within three weeks of receiving it. This would incur a return fee of £500. If the cooker has been unpackaged, used, damaged, marked, or requires cleaning, additional charges* may apply depending on its condition and any remedial work required. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
