The Café Moderne extractor combines contemporary style with powerful performance, making it the ideal match for your Lacanche Modern range cooker. Available in any Lacanche colour or stainless steel, each unit is handmade to order.

The recirculating model includes both grease filters and additional charcoal filters, ensuring the extracted air is thoroughly cleaned before re-entering your kitchen.

Brasserie extractors are made to order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended. You will be notified of your delivery date. Current production lead time is approximately six weeks from the date of order.
