Hob Options
The Lacanche Cormatin is available with four different hob configurations to suit various cooking styles:

Classic Hob: Three or four open gas burners for powerful, responsive cooking.

Traditional Hob: Two open burners combined with a large cast iron French top—ideal for slow simmering or keeping dishes warm.

Induction Hob: A three-zone energy-efficient induction surface, perfect for homes without a gas supply.

Workstation Flexibility: When not in use, the traditional hob doubles as a practical workspace.
Oven Options
The Cormatin’s large-capacity oven provides excellent cooking flexibility, with three available options:

Dual Function Electric Oven – Switch between static heat and fan-assisted cooking for precise results. (Energy Rating: A)

Static Electric Oven – Provides even, consistent heat for traditional cooking. (Energy Rating: B)

Gas Oven – Reliable gas-powered heat for classic baking and roasting. (Energy Rating: A)
