The Brasserie hood combines exceptional performance with timeless elegance. Each hood is hand-finished in your choice of Lacanche colours or stainless steel.

Designed to complement your Lacanche range cooker, the Brasserie is available in widths from 700mm to 2200mm. Every extractor is both unique and highly efficient. The recirculating model includes charcoal filters alongside grease filters, ensuring extracted air is purified before re-entering your kitchen.

Brasserie extractors are handmade to order. Once your order has been accepted, it cannot be amended. You will be advised of your delivery date. Current lead times are approximately six weeks from the date of order.
