Another elegant and best-selling over-a-metre Lacanche range cooker. The Citeaux boasts two main convection ovens and a simmer oven. A vertical 65-liter dual-function electric oven is on the left. The simmer oven offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food, and even slow cook.

The classic hob has open brass burners with an easy clean stainless steel top and non-slip cast-iron pan stand. In addition, each gas burner is fitted with a flame failure device and child-proof controls. This oven also offers 2 additional induction zones and an electric griddle.

A foundry was established in the village of Lacanche, deep in the Burgundian countryside in France, over 200 years ago, and range cookers have been manufactured there by hand ever since, both for the commercial and domestic markets.

Apart from their extraordinary heritage, what makes Lacanche range cookers so different from other range cookers on the market today, is that they are still made to exacting standards by hand to order.

 

These exceptional cookers are currently available for delivery in July 2024 for models 1 meter and under, and November 2024 for models over 1 meter. Please note these are estimated times and may vary.
