There are two large ovens, one configured for gas and the other electric. The third full oven and grill (taking the same size oven trays and racks as the main ovens) offer even greater performance and flexibility. In addition to the main ovens, there is one simmer oven which offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food, and even slow cook, and an additional 65-litre dual-function electric oven and grill.

It has a traditional hob, which consists of 5 burners (including one 5KW under a simmer plate), with the addition of 2 induction rings and an electric griddle (plancha).

A foundry was established in the village of Lacanche, deep in the Burgundian countryside in France, over 200 years ago, and range cookers have been manufactured there by hand ever since, both for the commercial and domestic markets.

Apart from their extraordinary heritage, what makes Lacanche range cookers so different from other range cookers on the market today, is that they are still made to exacting standards by hand to order.

These exceptional cookers are currently available for delivery in July 2024 for models 1 meter and under, and November 2024 for models over 1 meter. Please note these are estimated times and may vary.
