Open’Cook integrated 1500mm enamelled plancha hob is available with one of three additional hob options to be positioned on the left and right hand of the Plancha.

**Plancha (fitted as standard)** 

• Enamelled cast iron 6kW Plancha  
• Cooking area size 500mm x 460mm  
• Two 3kW independently controlled heat zones  
• Cooking juice recovery system with removable collector  
• With self-stabilising stainless-steel lid  
• Gas supply standard LPG bottle

• Removable steel grid  
• Adjustable cooking height on three levels  
• Cooking juice recovery system with removable collector  
• With self-stabilising stainless-steel lid  
• Thermocouple security for burner  
• Ignition to burner  
• Supplied with a 3 kg bag of lava stones
