**Hob Options**

The Lacanche Cluny is available with three high-performance hob configurations:  

-   **Classic Hob**: Five open gas burners for powerful and precise heat control.
-   **Traditional Hob**: Four open gas burners plus a large cast iron French top, ideal for long simmering and heat retention.
-   **Induction Hob**: Five energy-efficient induction zones for fast and precise cooking, perfect for homes without a gas supply.

**Oven Options**

The Cluny offers a choice of two large ovens, customisable to suit individual cooking needs:

-   **Convection (Fan) Oven** – Ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking. (Energy Rating: A)
-   **Static Electric Oven** – Ideal for traditional cooking with consistent heat. (Energy Rating: A)
-   **Gas Oven** – Classic gas-powered heat for reliable roasting and baking. (Energy Rating: A)
