**Hob Options**

The Lacanche Rully offers three different hob configurations to suit different cooking needs:

-   **Classic Hob**: Three or four open gas burners for responsive, high-power cooking.
-   **Traditional Hob**: Two open gas burners combined with a cast iron French top, ideal for slow simmering and keeping food warm.
-   **Workstation Flexibility**: The traditional hob doubles as a practical workspace when not in use.

**Oven Options**

The Rully comes equipped with a large main oven and a separate 27-litre electric grill oven. The main oven is available in two configurations:

-   **Dual Function Electric Oven** – Switch between static heat and fan-assisted cooking for greater control. (Energy Rating: A)
-   **Static Electric Oven** – Provides consistent, even heat for traditional baking and roasting. (Energy Rating: B)
